It is significant that there are 13 PROFESSORS and 31 LECTURERS on the staff of Canterbury University College, and only I i (and some of them very junior) have signed the declaration supporting Labour. There are one Professor and I 4 Lecturers on the staff of Canterbury Agricultural College, and only one (a recent importation from Austria) has signed the declaration.
