The fortnightly gathering of the Dunedin Travel Club was held in the Vedic rooms on Wednesday morning the chairman (Mr H. L. Gibson) introducing the speaker, Mr John Ash, who entertained members with a very fine descriptive and interesting talk of a tour through the Dutch East Indies, Singapore, Saigon and New Guinea. Guests of the club at morning tea were Mrs J. A. East. Christchurch. Mrs R. Young, Kyeburn, and Miss Russell, of Sydney. The hostesses were Mesdames J. A. Cook and E. R. Smith.
