Advertising space on the borough buses or on any • municipal property must not be used for political propaganda. according to the decision of the Borough Council this evening, following consideration of a letter by a local advertising agency stating that it had removed a Nafonal Party advertisement, which it had previously placed in the buses, because the council did not approve. It was pointed out that the wording of advertisements .must be first submitted to the council.
