Sir, —“What are the officials of the Otago Rugby Football Union going to do? ” Yes! That is the question; Whether it is nobler in the mind to suffer the stings and arrows of outraged fortune, etc. I presume that if.“ One of the Insulted” had his shorts torn off in a scrum and his manly form were exposed ha would' not' have been insulted at all.
