DEATH ROLL NOW THIRTY A TRAIL OF DEVASTATION TOKIO, Sept. 1. As a result of the typhoon the death roll has reached 30. Eleven hundred houses collapsed in Tokio, 4174 were damaged, and 86,000 were flooded. In Yokohama 417 houses collapsed, 3222 were damaged, and 4644 were flooded.
