A BARTER AGREEMENT JAPAN AND MANCHUKUO LONDON. Aug. 31. The Daily Telegraph’s Rome correspondent says the Italian-Japanese-Manchukuoan barter agreement signed on July 5 trebles the total mutual trade compared with 1937.
