YOUTH SENT TO BORSTAL LIVED AT LEADING HOTEL (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 30. Norris Leslie Crawshaw, aged 17, a labourer, stated to be at the time of his arrest living at the Hotel Waterloo on the proceeds of thefts, was to-day sentenced to two years' Borstal treatment on 35 charges of thefts, involving mainly money and jewellery from dressing rooms at Wellington, Auckland. Greymouth. and Christchurch. Crawshaw was described as being of a roving nature.
