THREE MINISTERS RESIGN NO CHANGE IN POLICY BELGRADE. Aug. 26. The Minister of War (General Maritch) also the Minister of Commerce (Dr Vrbanic) and the Minister of Physical Education (M. Militec) have resigned without explanation. The chief of the general staff (General Meditch) will become Minister of War. It is officially stated that the changes in personnel do not change the policy of the Government.
