INJURIES TO BOY
CLAIM AGAINST MOTORIST HEAVY DAMAGES AWARDED (Per Unitedl Press Association) HASTINGS, Aug. 12. General damages amounting to £2OOO and special damages to the full amount of £lO5 12s were awarded Herbert E. B. Trafford in the Supreme Court at Napier to-day. The claim arose from an accident at Bayview on June 24, 1937, when the plaintiff's son, aged six, was knocked down and seriously injured by a. car driven by Raymond L. Puddle.
