The Weather The frost has broken and heavy rain fell early in the week. The frost is coming out of the ground and the roads and pathways are very soft. There was a fall of snow on Tuesday night. July Weather The summary of readings taken at the local meteorological station for July shows that the highest barometrical reading was 30.536, and the lowest reading 29.040. The highest maximum shade temperature recorded was 46.8, and the lowest maximum 34.6. The highest minimum was 30.6, and the lowest minimum 14.0. The grass temperature showed the highest minimum to be 30.6. and the lowest minimum 14 (18deg of frost). The total sunshine for the month was 79.0 hours, as against 102.9 for the corresponding period last year. The rainfall for the month was 1.14, as against 1.39 for July last year.
