HIT-AND-RUN MOTORIST
COLLISION WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE SEARCH FOR DAMAGED CAR (Per United Press Association* WELLINGTON, Aug. 12. The police are inquiring for a car which collided on the Hutt road with another last Tuesday evening, tearing off a front tyre and crumpling a front and rear mudguard. The damaged vehicle was being driven by George Henry, of Ropata street. Lower Hutt. It is stated that the other car must have been knocked about, and must bear evidence of the collision. The driver did not stop. The wanted car is described as an old model green-coloured sedan.
