A secret Communist printing press has been discovered in Belgrade University buildings. Over 20 students have been arrested. In protest against what these “ Left ” students consider to be an attack on the autonomy of the ■ university, a three-day strike was called. The Japanese monoplane Wings of the Century lately broke the endurance record in a closed circuit without refuelling, having completed 29 laps of a 402-kilometre course (about 7300 miles) in 62hr 27min. The weather was almost perfect, with a brilliant moon.
