GIVEN COMMAND OF REGIMENT SEQUEL TO COURT’S FINDING BERLIN, June 15. Herr Hitler has rehabilitated General von Fritsch, with command of the Twelfth Artillery Regiment at Schwerin, the Court of Honour having dismissed the charges against him after his compulsory retirement on February 4. General von Fritsch was retired owing to “ ill-health ” in* Herr Hitler’s army purge in February.
