ro nit tiurruu Sir.—After reading Jean Batten’s second article this morning, one of the first things that crossed my mind was what a difference it would have made to her had she been a Russian girl in Russia! How she would have been encouraged and assisted there! Pool old Capitalism! To how many situations is it unequal? Its defects are palpable enough, but how many of the National Party will allow themselves to see what they should see?
