ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL
To-day's series of senior Association football matches provides for only two town games, the main one of "which will take place at Logan Park, the contesting teams being Maori Hill and Caversham. For its first season in senior football, the Caversham side has done well, being at present third in the competition for the Fletcher Cup Its members play a fast game, and it will be interesting to see now they fare against the more studied type of play of Maori Hill. The game will be preceded by a Fourth Division fixture between Caversham and High School at 1.45. The other town game is High School Old Boys v Mornington, at the Oval. Country supporters of the game will be catered for in matches between Seacliff and Roslyn-Wakari at Seacliff and Mosgiel and Northern at Mosgiel. The latter match should provide an excellent exhibition of the code.
