CAPPING CONCERT

FINAL PERFORMANCE The final presentation of the 1938 Capping Concert in His Majesty’s Theatre on Saturday night was attended by a large audience, which enjoyed to the full the varied and entertaining fare provided by the students of the University of Otago. The sketches, interludes, and farces were all well received, and the work of the' ballet and that ever-popular feature of such entertainments, the sextet, evoked appreciative applause. The orchestra; under' the baton of Mr James Clark, carried out its part of the programme with distinct success.
