RESIGNATION ANNOUNCED BRUSSELS, May 13. The troubles of the Premier, M. Jansen, caused by non-co-operation of the Catholics, have been brought to a climax by the Cabinet’s resignation. NON-PARTY CABINET FORMED BRUSSELS, May 14. (Received May 15, at 10 p.m.) Dr Spaak has formed a non-party Cabinet, including non-parliamen-tarians.
