A PROPOSAL REJECTED
POPULAR FRONT IN BRITAIN LABOUR PARTY’S MANIFESTO LONDON, May 14. (Received May 15, at 10.30 p.m.) Mr Arthur Greenwood, Dr Dalton, Professor Laski. and Mr Morrison, on behalf of the Labour Party Executive, have prepared a 2000-word manifesto rejecting the formation of a Popular Front comprising Labourites, Liberals, Communists, and Left Wing Conservatives.
