Thursday, May 12 (Before Mr J. H. Bartholomew. S.M.) UNDEFENDED CASES Judgment was given for the plaintiffs in the following undefended cases:—The Bruce Coal Company, Ltd . v H. Walker, claim £1 lls 3d, for goods supplied, with costs (14s): Smith and Smith. Ltd., v. William Andrews (Cromwell) claim 10s. for goods supplied. with costs (16s); Thomson Bridget, and Co. Ltd,, v. James Douglas Baird (Skippers) claim £1 8s Gd for goods supplied, with costs (10s); Bettv Burgess v Walter Kedzlie. claim £lO. for monev lent with costs (£1 12s 6d).
