SUBORNATION CHARGES
SEQUEL TO DIVORCE CASE BOUTEREY FOUND GUILTY (Pen United Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, May 12. The jury to-day returned a verdict of guilty on two charges of subornation to perjury against Anthony George Bouterey. Bouterey was charged with counselling or procuring Douglas William Dyer and Cyril Wilfred Stanley to swear falsely in divorce proceedings on August 27. 1937, between Boulerey and his wife. Coral Pearl Bouterey. that they had seen Peter Alexander Munro commit adultery with Mrs Bouterey on the launch Phyllis at Napier on May 15, 22 and 30, 1935. He had pleaded not guilty Bouterey was remanded for sentence.
