A BUSY SESSION

SECOND COURT OF ARBITRATION CLEARING UP THE ARREARS (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 12. Because of a particularly busy session the Second Court of Arbitration in Wellington has been unable to keep up-to-date with the making of its awards. Considerable time has been spent in the hearing of disputes, and the court has decided that after May 16 it will hear no further cases until May 31. In the interim the court will clear up the arrears. The disputes which were to have, been heard between May 17 and 30 have been postponed for two weeks. The fixtures previously arranged for the dates from May 31 to the end of the sittings have also been postponed. The dates of hearing will be notified later. Cases will be heard in the order previously arranged.
