DISCUSSIONS IN BUCHAREST PROBLEMS TO BE FACED BUCHAREST, May 4. (Received May 5, at 1.50 a.m.) The Foreign Ministers and members of the general staff of the Little Entente have begun a two-day conference and are discussing the situation in Central Europe following the Austro-German union and the Anglo-Italian agreements. They will also examine the question of strengthening the Little Entente's military, economic and political ties, and the problem of German and Hungarian minorities.
