BRITISH PARLIAMENT

MUCH DOMESTIC BUSINESS DILLS TO BE DEBATED (British Official Wireless) RUGBV Mar. 28. (Received Mar. 29, at 5.5 p.m.) Foreign affairs and rearmament, which have engaged so much attention in the House of Commons during the past four weeks, will give way to consideration of domestic business, of which a great deal awaits attention before the introduction of the Budget. In the Lower House this week efforts will be made to advance legislative measures like the Films Bill and the Coal Bill, consideration of which is incomplete. In the House of Lords foreign affairs will, however, be discussed and a debate based on last week’s Ministerial statement of policy will be opened to-morrow.
