PRICES RISING STEADILY GRAVE DISCONTENT TOKIO, Mar. 9. The Daily Telegraph’s Tokio correspondent says commodities are rising steadily, causing grave discontent. Some necessities are up from 200 to 300 per cent., including fuel, clothing, and fish.
