PLANS OF IMPERIAL AIRWAYS i (British Official Wireless)' RUGBY, Feb. 20 (Received Feb. 27, at 6.30 p.m.) A feature of the summer programme of Imperial Airways, so far as the speed and comfort of flying are concerned, will be the bringing into service of new fast luxury planes. In the new air liners, weighing, when fully loaded, approximately 20 tons, accommodation will be provided in sumptu-ously-equipped saloons for 40 passengers.
