RETURNING TO ROME REPORT ON CONVERSATIONS LONDON, Feb. 25. (Received Feb. 25, at 11 p.m.) The Daily Telegraph’s Rome correspondent says Signor Grandi will arrive from London to-day to ieport to Signor Mussolini on the conversations with Mr Chamber lain. He will attend the Fascist Grand Council on March 3 before returning to England with Signor Mussolini’s instructions for the London end of the Anglo-Italian conversations. According to the Giornale d Italia Italy hopes that an agreement will be signed in Rome, enabling it to be called the Rome Pact, greatly enhancing Italy’s prestige abroad.
