OPENING CEREMONY NEW PORT IN PALESTINE TELAVIV, Feb. 24. (Received Feb. 25, at 0.30 a.m.) Sir Arthur Wauchope, the High Commissioner, in opening the new passenger port, “ the gate of Zion, said it would be a big harbour for Jewish passengers and migrants from all over the world.
