SERVICES TO SOUTH AFRICA NO FURTHER SUBSIDY CAPETOWN, Feb. 15. The Minister of Commerce, Mr A. P. Fourie, announced that the Government was not renewing the £ 150,000 annual subsidy to Italian shipping lines.
