Governor Murphy was preparing to attend one of the nation-wide series of Roosevelt birthday balls for the benefit of the infantile paralysis when he discovered that the laundry had not returned his best dress shirt, He sent a demand for it and received a message stating that strikers were picketing the plant, and concluding; ** You call out the militia and drive off the pickets and we will deliver the shirt.”

Governor Murphy decided to wear another shirt.
