OTAGO WATER POLO TEAM CAPTAIN CONTRACTS ILLNESS (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Jan. 6. M. Taylor, the captain and manager of the Otago water polo team for the national swimming championships at New Plymouth, has contracted chickenpox at Wellington, where he is in hospital. The player to replace him has not yet been chosen. According to advice received last night, Neil Williams, of the Dunedin Club, has been chosen to take Taylor’s place, and will leave for the north to-day.
