ITALY JOINS AN ANTI-COMMUNIST PACT The inclusion of Italy in the German-Japanese anti-Communist pact was completed at the official signing of the pact in Rome recently. Mr Hotta, Japanese Ambassador in Rome, is seen signing the pact, watched by Count Ciano (Italian Foreign Minister, right) and Herr von Ribbentrop, of Germany (next to Count Ciano).
