FASCIST IRON GUARDS

LEADER’S MANIFESTO HOSTILITY TO M. TITULESCU LONDON, Nov. 30. The Bucharest correspondent of The Times says M. Codreanu, leader of the Fatherland Party, formerly the Fascist Iron Guards, has issued a manifesto in favour of an alliance with the Rome-Berlin axis against Bolshevism. The manifesto is hostile to Western democracies, the League of Nations, and the Balkan and Little Ententes. It promises most violent opposition to M. Titulescu, and says: “Forty-eight hours after our victory Rumania will be allied to Rome and Berlin.”
