WANGANUI RESIDENTS ANNOYED ',.'■'■■: •.•"'/ ■ ~ RESTRICTIONS PLACED ON YOUNG MAN (Per United Press Association) WANGANUI, Nov. 30. For some weeks residents of Wariganui East have been annoyed by the nocturnal visits of a "Peeping Tom." A young man, aged 23, pleaded guilty to-day to two charges of being unlawfully on premises. He was admitted to two years' probation by Mr J. H. Solomon, S.M., under strict terms not to be out at night after 8 o'clock without the consent of the probation officer.
