CYCLING REGULATIONS

PROPOSALS IN BRITAIN A MINIMUM AGE LIMIT LONDON, Nov. 29. Ten million cyclists throughout the country are affected by the recommendations from the Traffic Advisory Committee which the Minister of Transport is considering. They include a minimum age limit for cyclists, the registration of bicycles, the compulsory use of cycling tracks on the main roads, and third party insurance. Pedal cycles were involved in over 61,000 accidents last year.
