Nov. 15 (Received Nov. 15, at 10 p.m.) A . message from Tel Aviv says Eri Jabotinsky, president of the Zionist Youth Organisation, and Dr Yoma Breuleich, a former president, were arrested in connection with Jewish reprisals, in which five Arabs, including two Christian women, are alleged to have been killed. Thirty or 40 other Zionists have been arrested and more are expected. They will either be imprisoned or deported.
