AN UNFORTUNATE EVENT MINOR OPERATION NECESSARY LONDON. Nov. 3. An official bulletin states that the Duchess of Gloucester underwent a minor operation necessitated by a recent unfortunate event. A month's rest will be necessary for her general Ziealth.
