ARMISTICE DAY

OBSERVANCE IN LONDON SERVICE TO BE TELEVISED (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Nov. 2. (Received Nov. 3, at 5.5 p.m.) • Before the service opens on Armistice Day the King will place a wreath at the foot of the Cenotaph. Other wreaths will be laid by or on behalf of Queen Mary and other members of the Royal 'Family. The Queen will be with Queen Mary and other ladies of the Royal Family at windows overlooking the Cenotaph. The Bishop of London will conduct the service, which will be broadcast and televised.
