PRINCESS JULIANA
NAME FOR FIRST CHILD THE HAGUE, Oct. 28. (Received Oct. 28, at 10 p.m.) A royal decree states that the first child to be born to Princess Juliana will be known as Prince or Princess of Orange Nassau and the subsequent child will be Prince or Princess of Lippe Biesterfeld.
