COMPULSORY REGISTRATION REGULATIONS GAZETTED fPER United Press association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 28. Regulations issued with the Gazette to-night provide for the compulsory registration or re-regis-tration of all beekeepers in the Dominion. The Department of Agriculture must ; be notified of alterations in respect of the ownership or possession of any apiary, or any increase or decrease in the number of hives. The regulations will come into force in November and will remain in force for five years. Re-regis-tration will then be necessary for a further period of five years.
