LORD MAYOR'S PROCESSION DOMINIONS TO PARTICIPATE (United Press Association) (By Electric Telefiraph -Copyright) LONDON, Oct. 27. Sir Harry Twyford (the new Lord Mayor) has planned the Lord Mayor's procession as an Empire pageant. He is probably the most Empire-minded Lord Mayor for years. In response, all the dominions will participate. New Zealand and Australia are preparing elaborate floats, displaying produce. scenics, and national life.
