FORMER PRESIDENT'S VIEWS BOSTON, Oct. 26. (Received Oct. 28, at 0.15 a.m.) Mr H. C. Hoover, in an address stringently attacking the New Deal and President Roosevelt, declared he was not a candidate for any public office.
