A MOTOR ACCIDENT
CARRYING FIRM SUED SUBSTANTIAL CLAIM FOR DAMAGES In the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon Mr Justice Kennedy opened the hearing of a claim brought by Kenneth Lloyd against R. Cahill and Sons, carriers, for damages allegedly arising out of a motor accident which occurred at Mornington in November last, the amount claimed being £1271 17s. Mr A. N. Haggitt appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr J. M. Paterson for the defendant. After the jury had been empanelled the court adjourned until 10 o'clock this morning.
