Wilson (Auckland), claim £1 4s 6d, for goods supplied, with costs (8s); A. L. and C. Currie. Ltd.. v. Alfred Curtis (Kantane), claim 9s Bd, for goods supplied, with costs (12s). JUDGMENT SUMMONS George H. Scott (Wellington) v. S. H. George, claim £SB 16s 7d, on a judgment summons—The debtor did not appear, and an order was made for immediate payment of the amount, with costs (£1 18s), in default one month's imprisonment. [We are informed that the nonappearance of the debtor in this case was due to the illness of his solicitor, who has intimated his intention of applying for a rehearing.!
