FINE OF £2O IMPOSED (Per United Press Association) INVERCARGILL, Oct. 19. _ For being found intoxicated in charge of a car, Thomas Anderson, a gardener, was fined £2O and had his licence cancelled for 12 months. A traffic inspector found the car parked on the wrong side of the road. When he was abreast of it, the car moved off, taking an erratic course, and stopping diagonally across the road.
