The question of holding separate North Island and South Island championships in addition to the tional championships was discussed at the annual meeting of the New Zealand Golf Association to-day. Speaking of the fairly large sura that the association now had in nano, the chairman said that with the prospect of a big golf tournament m the centennial year all the money possible would be needed.
