They were Frank Neil Greer, aged 40, and Cyril Henry Donovan, aged 28. In -each case Mr E. C. Levvey, S.M., imposed a fine of £25, cancelled and endorsed their driving licences, and ordered that a driver's licence could not be obtained by either of the accused for 12 months. Default in each case was fixed at 30 days' imprisonment. A WANGANUI CASE FINE OF £2O IMPOSED (Per United Press Association) WANGANUI, Sept. 21 Rangi Kingi, an intoxicated motorist, was fined £2O, in default two months' imprisonment, by Mr J. H. Salmon, S.M. His licence was cancelled for 12 months. MOTORIST ADMITS OFFENCE FINE OF £ls IMPOSED (Per United Press Association) INVERCARGILL, Sept. 27. A fine of £ls. with costs (12s 6d), was imposed on William Herbert Latta, a sawmill-owner, of Tahakopa, when he oleaded guilty its the Magistrate's Court to-day to 8 charge of being found in a state of intoxication while in charge of a motor car. The magistrate cancelled the defendant's Jicence for three months.
