BURNED TO DEATH
IRISH POTATO DIGGERS TRAGEDY NEAR GLASGOW LONDON, Sept. 16. (Received Sept. 17, at 1.30 a.m.) Twelve Irish potato diggers, believed to be all men, were burnt to death when fire destroyed a wooden hut on a farm near Glasgow, in which 38 men and women were sleeping. Three lots of the victims were brothers.
