Thursday, September 9 (Before his Honor Mr Justice Kennedy.) IN DIVORCE Phyllis May Griffin v. Thomas Edward Griffin.—Three years’ separation—Mr C. B. Barrowclough appeared for the petitioner and there was no appearance of the respondent.—A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute in three months. Petitioner was granted interim custody of the child. Susanna Jefcoate v. Horatio Peripi Jefcoale.—Failure to comply with a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights.—Mr J. B. Stevenson appeared for the petitioner and Mr D. A. Solomon for the respondent.—After hearing the evidence a decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute in three months.
