THE , TIMES REPRESENTATIVE RETURNING TO ENGLAND BERLIN, Aug. 22. " (Received Aug. 22, at 11 p.m.) Quietly and unassumingly, as befitted one of the world's best foreign correspondents, Mr Norman Ebbutt, The Times representative in Berlin, returned to England by the Nord express. In the presence of 80 foreign correspondents, who cordially bare him farewell, he said: " It is hardly necessary to say how I regret parting with so many good colleagues and friends."
