TRAGEDY IN CHINA
EXPLOSION OF GUNPOWDER OVER ONE HUNDRED KILLED SHANGHAI, July 18. Seventy workmen and 40 soldiers were killed'and 300 were injured in an explosion in a gunpowder factory /at Kiangpei, in the Szechuan Province.
